I’m Helen, a Reiki Master Teacher based on the beautiful shores of Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

As an International Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Angel Reiki Master and Advanced Crystal Therapy Healer, I work intuitively to support my client’s overall well-being by gently restoring balance to the body’s natural energy flow. My unique approach weaves together the wisdom of two Reiki modalities with the vibrational power of crystals, offering a deeply nurturing and personalised healing experience.

Rooted in a lifelong journey of learning, my practice is a blend of intuitive, soul-aligned energy work. Whether you're seeking peace, clarity, or deep energetic renewal, our time together is guided by the highest intention for your healing.

My sessions are available both in person and worldwide via Teams. Energy knows no boundaries of time, place, or distance. I am honoured to work with clients across the globe.

Before stepping fully onto this path, I served as a Primary School Teacher and SENDCO and now love to combine my vast experience as an educator with my calling as a healer.

​

I am also proud to be the Holistic Partner for Tara Rose Salon UAE, a Meditation Teacher on the award-winning platform Insight Timer and a published columnist for Expert Profile Magazine.

Current offerings include Reiki 1 and my co-creation course: Manifesting Miracles & Magic.

Healing Waves UAE is proud to be an Official Training School with the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and my Reiki courses are fully CMA Accredited.
