Reiki Healing Sessions by Healing Waves are intended to offer insight into your personal life and do not in any way constitute medical, legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Healing Waves will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website, emailed information, or as a result of any appointment made through Healing Waves, or any persons or events related thereto, and/or any actions or decisions that you may make as a result, including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise.

• All sessions are intended to support personal and spiritual growth.

• Those participating within the session must be 18 years or older, unless requested by a parent/guardian.

• You are responsible for the time and date of your session. Please note that our system will offer you practitioner availability based upon Gulf Standard Time. 

• Sessions are done in-person or via Zoom. Clients may record Zoom sessions for their personal use only. All recordings are property of Healing Waves and are not for public use in any way.

• If you are late for the session Healing Waves will do their best to honour your time, however cannot go over the time allocated or guarantee a full session.

• Clients that feel the session is not working for them or is not as expected, have the right to end a session.

• You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours advance notice. Failure to do so will result in full payment becoming due for the session.

• A strict cancellation and rescheduling policy is upheld. All sessions booked and gift cards purchased are non-refundable.

Healing Waves is fully committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of guests to this site. Your privacy is extremely important, respected and valued. This privacy statement provides information about the personal information collected, and the ways in which it may be used.

When filling out a form on the Healing Waves site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, contact number and/or email address. 

Any information collected may be used in the following ways:

• To personalise your experience. Your information helps to better respond to your individual needs.

• To improve customer service. Your information helps to more efficiently respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

General records and notes of client treatments are kept and may include personal information such as name, contact details and basic medical information. All personal information supplied is handled with the upmost privacy and confidentiality and will never be shared with any third parties. The only circumstance where this information may be shared is in a genuine medical emergency to medical professionals concerned.

Healing Waves currently uses Wix to hold your contact information. Wix has a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

Please be assured that your email address will not be sold, rented or traded with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes at any stage.

Credit card details will not be stored, nor shared with any third parties.

All purchases are final. All purchases are non-refundable.
